High temperature resistant film is characterized by high heat resistance grade. High temperature resistant films are those whose temperature resistance reaches more than 200 ℃, while those whose long-term working temperature reaches more than 180 ℃ of H grade can be called high temperature resistant films according to the heat-resistant grade of film insulating materials.
Common high temperature resistant films include PTFE high temperature resistant film, peek high temperature resistant film, polyimide PI high temperature resistant film and pet high temperature resistant protective film.
1) Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE high temperature resistant film
Teflon film is also known as Teflon film. Teflon high temperature resistant tape is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film by calendering or salivating. White waxy, translucent, excellent heat and cold resistance, density of about 2.2 g / ml, continuous use temperature of 250 ° C; High humidity resistance: relative humidity up to 90%; Anti aging: the strength will not decrease after being placed at a high temperature of 260 ℃ for 200 days; Water corrosion resistance: it can resist the corrosion of most acids and organic substances; Electromagnetic resistance: not damaged by strong magnetic field; No adhesion, no penetration, good anti adhesion.

2) Peek high temperature resistant film
Peek is abbreviated as peek in English. The film production can be processed by tape casting method and orientation method. The material has excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability, electrical properties and excellent high temperature resistance. The density of PEEK material is about 1.30 g / ml, the melting point is 345 ℃, the softening point is 168 ℃, and the tensile strength is 132 ~ 148mpa. Peek products reinforced with glass fiber or carbon fiber do not reduce their mechanical strength at a high temperature of 240 ℃, so they can be used as high-temperature resistant structural materials and electrical insulation materials.
It is widely used in information and communication, electronic and electrical appliances, aerospace, medical devices (as artificial bone to repair bone defects) and industrial fields.
3) Polyimide PI high temperature resistant film
Designed to work at higher temperatures than polyimide films. The heat is stable, and its decomposition temperature can reach 550 ~ 600 ℃, and the long-term use temperature can reach 260 ~ 380 ℃. In addition, it also has the characteristics of excellent size and oxidation stability, radiation resistance, insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high strength. The dimensional stability of the film exceeds that of polyester and increases the thermosetting to the adhesion value. It can be used for electrical insulation, safety and electroplating,

4) Polyester film PET film
High temperature resistant PET polyester film. It has excellent physical and chemical properties, dimensional stability, transparency and recyclability. Excellent mechanical properties, its strength and toughness are the best of all thermoplastics. Its tensile strength and impact strength are much higher than ordinary films, with good stiffness and stable size. It also has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, chemical resistance and oil resistance.
