⑴UV electronic adhesive: UV adhesive has been widely used in the field of electronic products, including cable positioning, pin sealing, LCD panels and mobile phone keys. As electronic products become thinner and thinner, organic optoelectronic devices and flexible bendable display devices appear, the demand for UV glue is increasing;
⑵UV medical glue: UV glue also plays a very important role in the medical field, such as the bonding of disposable catheters and syringes, bonding of endoscopes, and bonding of some medical devices with high transparency;
⑶UV optical glue: UV optical glue is mainly used for bonding of touch screens. UV optical adhesives used in touch screens mainly have three functions, namely bonding, increasing light transmission and improving impact resistance. At present, there are two types of optical adhesives, liquid (LOCA) and solid (OCA), which are used for touch screens. ⑷UV Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA): After solution coating, drying and chemical reaction, there may be residual solvents and other harmful chemicals in the produced PSA. However, the PSA is made by UV curing method, and the solvent-free liquid components are polymerized by UV light irradiation, which has low pollution, simplifies production and improves production efficiency.
