3M Ex4011T acrylic tape uses two adhesives, one on each side of 1.14 mm acrylic foam core, and is designed to maintain stable performance even on complex contours and painted surfaces. Viscoelastic foam cores provide stress relaxation when exposed to high application loads and maintain a tight bond line under normal conditions. Removable t-liner for thermal bonding and other PSA tabs.

Applications:

It is applicable to the application of window sunshade pillar decoration, etc fixing, nested component sensor bonding, small body side cladding, body trim strip and coating, wheel horn, fender moulding, stone chip moldings, door sill, foot pedal, wheel eyebrow and ABS nameplate.

Shelf Life: To obtain best performance, use this product within 12 months from date of delivery and store under normal conditions of 60 ºC to 80ºF (16 ºC to 27ºC) and 40 to 60% R.H. in the original carton.
