3M Vinyl Tape 3903 is a hand-tear universal tape with rubber adhesive and embossed vinyl backing. The rubber adheres firmly and can maintain fast on many surfaces, even on irregular surfaces.
The embossed vinyl liner seals dust, dirt and moisture, and resists abrasion and many chemicals. After 30 minutes on painted steel, it peels cleanly at a high temperature of 200°F (93°C). Easy to tear and conform to irregular surfaces.
