3M 5958fr flame retardant tape is a black 40 mil (1mm) modified acrylic adhesive, a very strong double-sided foam tape, which can adhere to a variety of substrates, including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, composite materials, plastics, ABS, smooth wood and turbid concrete.

Easy to use permanent bonding method with high strength, long-term durability and flame retardancy.

Applications:

The bonding of rubber strips and plastics, the bonding of refrigerator evaporator and control panel, the bonding of nameplate, automobiles, mobile phones, sponges, toys and electronic instruments in the rubber and plastic industry can be used in the electrical insulation of circuit boards, electronic boards, motors, magnetic wires, aircraft and missile wiring and flat flexible cables;

Because of its inherent barrier property, it can also be used to make fire barriers and food packaging materials for aircraft and ships.
