3M™ Thermally Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9890 is a 10.0 mil tape designed to provide a preferential heat-transfer path
between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices (e.g., fans, heat spreaders or heat pipes)

Applications:

1.For CPU, LED,PPR heat sink, microprocessor LED thermal conductive adhesive tape in a fixed heat sink for group, or soft board, 3m thermal conductive adhesive tape immediately paste resistance, insulation, low release gas and high heat conductivity.
2.For any power consumption semiconductor
3.Replacing screws, fasteners and other fixed means
4.Fixing heat sink on the power supply circuit board
5.Fixing heat sink on vehicle control circuit board
6.Fixing heat sink on packaged chips
